Services (DGS). Buying from us saves you money because DGS waives the 1.21% administrative fee
(a fee currently charged to customer agencies to support the CMAS program) for orders to registered
small business enterprises - like InConference.
How to order using the CMAS program through InConference:
State agencies:
- Contact your InConference representative to obtain current CMAS prices, part numbers and the CMAS contract delegation number.
- Use Contract/Delegation Purchase Order (Std. 65) for purchases and services.
- List the contract delegation number in the appropriate box on the Std. 65 form.
- The State Standard Form 65 can be downloaded from:

Schools and local governments:
- Contact your InConference representative to obtain current CMAS prices, part numbers and the CMAS contract delegation number.
- May use your own purchase order document.
- List the contract delegation number in a visible location on your own purchase order document.
Where do you send your order to avoid the 1.21% CMAS fee?
To insure that 1.21% administrative fee is waived, one copy of each order must be forwarded to:
