Video Conferencing Room Rental

Room Rental Made Easy


We have video conferencing rooms available for rent by the hour. We can accommodate executive meetings, employment interviews, depositions, sales meetings - anything that requires you to meet with clients or colleagues across the country or around the world.

Our small rooms seat up to 4 people. Our larger rooms seat 8-12 people in plush leather chairs. All rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Our video conferencing rooms are capable of both H.320 (ISDN) and H.323 (IP) connections and can support calls up to 384 Kbps. over ISDN and speeds up to 1024 Kbps. over IP.

Network (Telco) charges are additional if InConference initiates the call. Domestic U.S. Telco charges range from $50 to $150 per hour, depending on line usage (billed in15-minute increments). International Telco rates will be quoted on an individual basis.

InConference also provides:

• Multipoint Bridging Services. If you need to connect to more than one video location, we'll connect your sites with the latest Continuous Presence or Voice-Activated multipoint bridging technology.



• IP-to-ISDN Gateway Services. We can connect IP and ISDN sites in the same meeting - both point-to-point or multi-point.
  
  
• Audio Conferencing Services. We provide high-qualityAudio Conferencing - you choose whether you want us to dial out to all participants or have the participants dial in. For dial-in conferences we offer password protection to prevent unathorized access.
